You need proof of identity and address for your appliction to be sucessful.
Identity Requirements
You must pay £1 administration fee and a minimum of one share (also £1).
- Save whatever you can afford whenever you can
- Save for Christmas, holidays, weddings or for any purpose with a locked in account to suit your own requirements.
- Your savings are usually covered by free life insurance.
- A dividend, calculated on the amount of savings held, is paid annually if there is a surplus on our accounts for that year. Interest as such is not paid, but earnings are generated depending on the co-operative's investments for that year.
- Pay in cash at our office at Wayland House, Watton or any other branch of Norfolk Credit Union. You can also use Standing Orders, and BACS. Also as a member you will be provided with a Pyapoint card for use at any Post Office or other Paypoinr outlet. This card will be dedicated to your own Member's account.
- Please note we are not an instant access organisation it will take a period of time (normally 5-7 days) after a request for withdrawal has been recieved and payment will normally be in the form a a cheque sent to your home address.
- Ethical savings are particularly welcome as this contributes to the support we offer to the local community.
